Queen or worker ?

Looks on first site a Myrmica Rubra worker, but workers and queens of this specie look really similar. Maybe you can make a close up of her so we can see the thorax better.

It's definitely Myrmica and the thorax is quite big so I think you have a queen, but I'm not that good at identification so I might be wrong. Put her in a testtube setup and if she lays eggs after a few days you know it for sure.

Yup it's a queen, congratulations! Remember that Myrmicas are semi-claustral so they will hunt during the founding stage.
