No eggs!

I recently removed of a Odontomachus Clarus/ruginodis colony from somewhere they would be sprayed with pesticide. I got the queen workers and no brood. It has been a few weeks, and there is still no eggs, and they like their new tube, evident by the behavior

They need food for more eggs. Are you sure there is a queen? Trapjaws tend to have similarly sized queen and workers. Try giving them food.

I have given them mealworms, protein jelly, and a protein liquid(for ants off of AKD) and I just gave them some protein jelly. I have also give them by Formica nectar, and no results. All these foods have been given in the past, and they accept them all.

I just checked on them… :cry: They are dead… Unfortunately they didn’t adapt well to captvity :cry: :cry: :cry:
