Do I need to feed this queen ant?, this is set up suitable?, How long does it take for her to lay eggs?

She is semi claustral so you need to feed her. Feed her insects and honey/sugar water. Egg to worker takes 2 months. You can watch this video for more information:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YJpYnlxFdoQ
