Can't see very well but it could be a lasius queen.
keeping:
all my queens died :(
got a sugar ant colony started :)

Iridomyrmex sp, Lasius aren't found in Wollonggong, Australia.

currently I'm in Leeton and I think it is an argentine ant queen and it's laid its first 2 eggs :D :D :D

Fully claustral. All fully claustral queens will have a large thorax, semi claustral queens have much smaller thoraxes and are more similar to workers.
