As far as i know, it is not 100% required to simulate hibernation with your ants. So don't worry its not going to kill them if they don't!

so will I have to wait for winter to go for my lasuis neo Niger queens to lay eggs. Because i was new to this and I saw that they were flying out in my front house so I caught them as quickly as I can. I have a elate and a delate the delate is more active then the elate and moves around much more. The elate on the other hand stays mostly still. Is this bad or good.

You won't see any egg laying until after winter. (most likely)

Have you had your queens identified? How are you so sure the one is an alate and the other is a dealate?

Well, just so you know that doesn't mean anything! Both could be alates still, or both could be dealates.
Maybe the one with wings is a dealate. Unless you know for a fact, then they could both be fertile queens! :)
