Did I find two carpenter queens today??

Hi all, I’m turning to this board for help identifying two very big carpenter ants that I found inside my house this morning (in Northern Ohio). Both are about ~15cm. It seems implausible that they would both be queens - could anyone help me determine if they are queens vs large swarmers?

Thanks!
Kat

Actually, there is an extinct ant found with a wingspan of 15cm.

The biggest ants alife to this day are still giants in comparison to camponotus species (can't remember their name).
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]

Dinoponera? I actually heard Myrmecia brevinoda is bigger than them.

Not Dinoponera but rather Dinomyrmex.
