So a few weeks ago I found a Myrmica rubra queen (With wings) walking on the ground, I used test tube setup with small AC test tube portal, because Myrmica rubra queens need to gather food, but after a while I saw two eggs in the test tube and after that I left her alone for few days, also she does eat food, like fruit flies sugar water etc. But I checked today and couldn't find any eggs, maybe she has eaten them? Not sure, or she is hiding the eggs in the cotton balls blocking the water, but i need some help, is she infertile (Because she still has wings, and it can be my bad luck) and if so what should i do? I will wait few days maybe more show up, and leave her alone for a bit maybe she is stressed? Other queens i caught around same time (different species: Lasius niger) have a bunch of eggs even larvae, so i need some help.
Also the temperature is good.

She may not be infertile you should maybe feed her more because maybe she got hungry and ate her eggs.
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]
