Hii, I’m new to the forum as I am new to ant keeping. Basically my situation is that I had to change my ants (Lasius flavus) nesting test tube as they ran out of water, so I set up a new one and connected the two tubes together with a black plastic connector. But now with the connector being black the queen has moved in there so now I can’t detach the old tube and well I’m worried about if the ants will be getting enough oxygen in as the connector is quite tight and how I am going to sort it out as I now have around 7 tiny workers in there as well. I am unsure on what my next steps should be, so if anyone has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
