Queen Not Laying

Ok so, I got a Solenopsis Invicta queen around a month ago, (I bought it) she had around 5 ants and a small brood pile. The ants died from age, and the brood pile is still there. So as you can tell, she is fertile. But for some reason, she is not caring for the eggs she had given birth to. They are all on the other side of the tube and scattered away from eachother. This has been going on for around 4 days, does anybody know why she is acting like this? The eggs are also not developing.
