Ok I will put a dead insect in the tower, but I putted her in the tower 2 days ago, does the eggs really become nanitics in ONE WEEK? And I should feed her all the time since she is semi-claustral, right?

It really depends on the species and if you are stressing the queen. If she is semi-claustral she will probably eat, but if she doesn't remember to clean up the food.
