Need help with ID

Found this ant on my driveway this week. Just under 1 cm. I live in eastern Pennsylvania. I also noticed she was missing part of her right antenna. Will this impact her much? Thanks for your help!

It looks like cremogaster cerasai to me or at least cremogaster.

The odd queen of Crematogaster can be found before August, every once in a while.
