2 weeks ago I found a queen but what I found odd is the way she looks she's the same size of a Solenopsis geminata queen but the thorax and head is the same as a pharaoh ant queen while the master is very long like an oblong.the size is the same as fire ant queen and it includes the abdomen.

A photo would be necessary to identify her.antlover69420 wrote: ↑Sat Jul 11, 2020 8:11 am2 weeks ago I found a queen but what I found odd is the way she looks she's the same size of a Solenopsis geminata queen but the thorax and head is the same as a pharaoh ant queen while the master is very long like an oblong.the size is the same as fire ant queen and it includes the abdomen.

Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.
