New ant Colony

Hi I’m from New Mexico USA and wanted to start an ant colony but have no idea when nuptial flights are for the Species Monomorium Minimum are of anyone can let me know when it would help allot thanks

I have already caught 20 of them from mid june. I live in Wv. I have a pool and they just keep flying in there. I am not sure what kind of monomorium they are though.

I'm in idaho and I found a lot of them in mid June. I believe they were pavement ants
