Queen may have a problem

I am starting a Camponotus Modoc ant colony and we were excited at the arrival of our new queen. But a week passed and she wasn't laying eggs. We were starting to wonder how long it would usually take for a Camponotus queen to lay eggs, and another week passed. Now we are concerned with if our queen has enough food to lay eggs, so we decided to ask questions on the forum:

How long does it usually take for a Camponotus queen to lay eggs?
If there is a problem, what should we do?

At this point, you need to leave her alone for two maybe three weeks, not checking or looking at all. She probably won't want any food, but if you want you could try to give her very small fly and very small amount of honey, but she may not eat it and it will most definitely stress her out.
