Hybrid Nest mini, small ants.

I have been looking at getting the new hybrid nest mini for my “sugar ants” but I’m concerned about them escaping. I’m not sure what species they are but they are very small. Much much smaller than fire ants, which I have a little experience with. Is there a way for the smallest of small ants to escape from the Hybrid nest mini? I’ll identify the species soon and add the name at the bottom.

They appear to be rover ants or something similar but I’m not sure how big rover ants are.
