Is these white tiny insects a threat?

Very tiny white insects appear during my scorpions have left over roaches they kind of feed to the decaying roach. What are these tiny insects called? They are actually many of them in my scorpion enclosure and gathers around when my scorpion leaves a leftover roach. I am worried because it might pose a threat to my scorpion.
