My colony of Lasius Niger is not doing well.
Long story short, the queen had around 30 workers when i moved her into the nest. Now she has 2.
I've given them protein syrup, ant nectar, and water, and they aren't eating it. What can i do to save them? (If anything)

Keeping one colony of Lasius Niger

yet they store up their food in the summer;

Re: Ant Colony Emergency!
Some ants are rather picky about their food. (Although I've never heard that about Lasius.) Perhaps they might accept some more natural food such as insects and honey.AntFarmer7 wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2019 11:48 amMy colony of Lasius Niger is not doing well.

"God made every kind of wild beasts and every kind of livestock and every kind of creeping things;" (including ants) "and God saw that it was good." Genesis 1:25
