For the most part they will probably fight. Either way I wouldn’t risk it.

so there is a species of ant that i don't know the name of but, breed with each other. It's kind of cool where one species males breed with the others queens and vice versa. At least i think i heard of them. Other than that All I can think of that sort of fits with your want is slave making species and social parasites.
