How often are you checking her? Also, it's better to capture a freshly mated queen from nuptial flight. Yet since you've already caught her, it is best to collect some workers from her colony to go with her.

Will the queen spawn eggs if I don't collect the workers with her?

If the queen has already established a colony you must collect some of her workers. If she’s fully claustral she won’t have the necessary nutrients she once did in order to fast for the length of time she did when she raised her first workers. For semi-claustral queens, it would be possible to raise her again from just the queen but I’d still suggest collecting the workers.

You should check her once a week at most.EntMan wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 7:45 amHow often should I check her?AntsDakota wrote: ↑Sat Oct 20, 2018 11:18 amHow often are you checking her? Is there possibility for the queen to spawn and laying eggs again if I collect the workers with her?AntsDakota wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 8:32 amYou should take as many as possible.EntMan wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 8:24 amHow many workers should I take?LearningAntz wrote: ↑Sun Oct 21, 2018 8:17 am

Yes, she most likely will. Even if you don't collect workers, she will still lay eggs if you feed her. Yet she will lay many more with her workers around her.
