Is this a Queen?

Hi guys, i just scooped up this and was wondering is this a Queen??
I am from Singapore and we just had heavy rain fall the past week.
This bugger is about 1cm long, anyone can tell what species?

Camponotus queen.
An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.
