So, today i went on check my Crematogaster sp. queen, I did it just after a week beacouse i felt that the test tube was cold and so i placed it in a warmer place, so I was wondering how she was doing, and with immense sadness i found her dead... https://imgur.com/a/f6E5dXF
I don't know why this happened, but it seemes to me that the thing at the end of her gaster has grown since my first picture (https://ibb.co/gPGemp) does someone have any idea what that is? and if that's the cause of her dead or was my bad?
By the way, i wonder where to find nuptial flight schedules for Italy, i'd liek to find another queen
Sorry for the link for pictures, but i tried to post them directly but wasn't working in preview

I’ve never seen an ant with that on the end of her gastor. Definitely doesn’t look right.
