Is my queen eating eggs or what?

So, it's around my third week having this queen (Crematogaster sp.), I placed her in a test tube setup, and everything seem right, it also looked like she had some eggs (more than 1). Now after a week of leaving her in the darkness (like it should be), i checked on her, and it appears like tehere's only 1 egg.
Can you help me? what's happening? is she eating eggs?

She could be hiding them on the cotton. But Crematogaster are very susceptible to stress, so maybe it would be better to go longer without checking them.
