So, it's around my third week having this queen (Crematogaster sp.), I placed her in a test tube setup, and everything seem right, it also looked like she had some eggs (more than 1). Now after a week of leaving her in the darkness (like it should be), i checked on her, and it appears like tehere's only 1 egg.
Can you help me? what's happening? is she eating eggs?
Is my queen eating eggs or what?

She could be hiding them on the cotton. But Crematogaster are very susceptible to stress, so maybe it would be better to go longer without checking them.Andrea wrote: ↑Sat Oct 06, 2018 6:53 amSo, it's around my third week having this queen (Crematogaster sp.), I placed her in a test tube setup, and everything seem right, it also looked like she had some eggs (more than 1). "God made every kind of wild beasts and every kind of livestock and every kind of creeping things;" (including ants) "and God saw that it was good." Genesis 1:25
