I've been using fluon for a couple of days now and it's working really well letting me to leave my nests open for good ventilation.
But how often should I replace the barrier to keep its efficiency?

Re: Fluon question
I would think in dry areas you wouldn't need to replace the barrier very often at all, but I would just replace it once every one to three months to be safe. I'm open to any corrections, for I only have knowledge of fluon on youtube.

Re: Fluon question
Alright, thanks! Sorry for the late response but I've been very busy with university.
One last question tough. When I'll be replacing the barrier will I have to put more fluon over the old barrier or remove the old barrier first and then reapply it? Because I read that applying multiple layers on top of each other may cause some weak spots where the ants can grip on.
