Queen ant
I have a pheidole Queen ant with lots of egg.its been one month and still the eggs are not developing into larvae.what is this?????

Unfertile eggs can still hatch, but in only into males.

An ants' strength can be rivaled by few animals compared to relative body size.

Infertile =/= unfertilized.
Infertile means it is impossible to create offspring. Unfertilized means that the eggs are haploid and will develop into males.
Infertility is an excuse, since we can't really prove that something else isn't causing a problem.
