This is why feeding ants in the tube is not recommended. It causes stress and mold outbreaks. Cover her tube so it's dark. Red photography paper is great. Take a one inch section of drinking straw and wedge it between the exit cotton and the side of the tube. This will act as a cozy tunnel for your ants. Then set the whole testube in a tupperware container (smooth rounded edges) with a barrier. Place food in the outworld. If they need food, the workers will forage. If not, then don't worry. They may not need it yet. Since your queen is stressed, try not to look at her for a week after you set up the outworld.
Proverbs 6:6-8

Go to the ant, you sluggard;
consider its ways and be wise!
It has no commander,
no overseer or ruler,
yet it stores its provisions in summer
and gathers its food at harvest.

But some queens can get more stressed than others.

I'm saying that different species get stressed more than others in the same situation.

Camponotus is very susceptible to stress related issues, while other species like tetramorium and solenopsis more hardy.

Hi PukarGuragain,
Yes, best to give her a chance to hide and do her thing. Colony founding is a delicate time in an ants life cycle and you don't want to disturb her too much.
Do you happen know what species this is? Fire ants tend to be hardy, but not the small Diplos. I specialize in Solenopsis and would be very interested in a few workers (dead, of course) from Nepal, if you would be willing to send me some once the colony has grown sufficiently in size.
Best,
Dietrich
