Has anybody ever kept there Myrmica rubra or any other ant out of hibernation, if you have how did you do it, please only state the tips and trick basically anything helpful, please don’t start telling me it the wrong thing to do or any negative comments thank you

Ants that naturally hibernate in the wild would be best suited to hibernate when required, and not kept from it. Some people don’t hibernate however, but egg production seems to be slower.

Thank you for your reply, this is something I will be doing the once for my own experience, I was just wondering the best or safest way of doing, and is ther more to it then just keeping them on the heat mat?
