How much should I feed my ants
How much food should I be feeding a 45 worker Camponotus Sansabeanus colony right now?

I would be feeding them a constant source of sugar, be it sugar water, organic fruit etc.
Protein; as much as they will readily consume. I feed my Modoc/Novaeboracensis of 60+ a super worm every few days. This will be more so when larvae are present, or the queen is actively laying eggs.

for protein you can try feeding protein jelly if they like it it would storing food a lot easier( but you will still need to sometimes feed them bugs) i feed my lasius colony mostly protein jelly and some fruit flys
