The waiter removed my new queen and said sorry about the insects in my food :?

But i found these 2 when I came home, freshly made queen I think. :)
please confirm and help me with a start up if I don't have a testube around before 2 weeks time ? :D

Also I want to ask if I let the male stay to be secure she is fertile, or if they are gonna fight each other :lol: :?:

In the last pic the smaller one is a male and will probably die after tis night!
