Date format GAN Signup

What bloody format does the GAN signup form want? I've tried every format I can think of, i.e.

What am I missing?

Not sure I never had to type it in manually. When I signed up it opened a calender so I could pick the date.

Its a mess. I had the same problem signing up for GAN. It's lots better on a desktop or laptop compared to mobile.

Did you get this resolved? Did you try it on desktop rather than mobile?

Ya I remember it being a pain to figure out. I can't remember what it was.They really should have a calendar drop-down or specify the format.

I am having the same problem. No idea what format it wants for the birth date, tried everything without luck.
By the way, why is my birthday important to the ant trade? I get an over-18 box maybe...

Format is YYYY-MM-DD
Because everyone uses that format. Mods, can you add this format description to the signup page so it isn't such a mystery?
