It's a bit like, you arrange where to meet and if you have questions ask them to the GAN farmer. Some are experienced some are not. That really depends on the person.
Doing some proper research is the best way to start an antcolony.

The farmer is responsible for updating the listing, and informing the GAN admin of those changes.
