Hello
I am looking for an active GAN farmers in Michigan with a young fertile Camponotus queen, the smaller the colony the better as I am looking at starting a colony that will hopefully last years to come.
I've also posted a request in the GAN queens for sale page here but figured there might be some folks who fit the bill active on the forum too.
Happy anting

Re: Looking for active GAN farmers in Michigan
I just wanted to update this in case anyone stumbled on it. I have found a local GAN farmer and now have 2 new colonies going! I am also going to be keeping a journal here on the forums to follow their successes, struggles and dramas here: https://forum.AntsCanada.com/viewtopic.php?f=26&t=15074
I look forward to sharing with my fellow forum goers and reading on other people's colonies too. Thanks to AntsCanada and the GAN project for helping me with my entry into the world of ant keeping!

I look forward to reading your updates. I have 2 carpenter queens myself and will be posting regular updates as well. If you have some spare time, I would love to hear what you think about the natural setup I plan to build for them.sartwell90 wrote: ↑Tue Jul 09, 2019 12:58 pmI just wanted to update this in case anyone stumbled on it.
