GAN informations not displaying

Hello, I applied to the GAN project at the end of September and I got accepted.
The only problem is whenever I try to check my infos through the AntsCanada Ant Store > Queen Ants for Sale, and put in my country (Italy), all the details I had given are not there, all the fields are empty.
Is this due to hibernation? I mean, will they be updated in spring? Or is there any problem?
