I'm Not GAN Farmer. In fact I have followed AntsCanada for awhile mostly out of mild interest in Ant keeping someday in the future. Needless to say I captured a Queen several weeks ago out of necessity as the young lady found her way into our bathroom and under a dry sponge. When I found her she looked to be a bit dehydrated so I bought some test tubes followed the instructions on the tutorial and caught her. I have been meaning to post here to try and find her a home in central Florida, or a GAN farmer who'd be willing to take her. and get her a proper setup for someone who can show her the love she deserves. Her water in the tube is actually getting low and I'm not sure if she has laid eggs or not. I have kept her in a dark warm place all this time. She still has her wings, and is dark brown in color. I can provide some picture if need be. I hope I posted this in the proper place. I'll keep an eye on the forum here over the weekend and hopefully by Monday someone will have contacted with some interest.
