What species in San Francisco Bay Area?
I live in the SF bay area and i am wondering what species to look out for at what time. It is currently 6/29/18. Thanks

Hi, did you ever get an answer to this? I am also looking for SF ants, and with all the foggy weather, have not had any luck...

I hope this is still helpful, but I tend to find tetramorium under loose slabs of stone or pavement, and if you take a short drive to a park called San Bruno Mountain which is in south sf, you can find F. Obscuripes. Also there are argentine ants every where

I live in the bay area, and I also couldn't find any queens in august. Wanted to start ant keeping . I do see lots of Nylanderia fulva and Tetramorium, though. Also lots of winter ants.
