Yeah but the ants i saw were 1cm not 2mm
No, I mean the little black bar in the bottom right. The ant in the antwiki photo is 8mm, but ants can very in size a little bit.
Why keep ants that aren't found in your yard?
There are so many fascinating ants right where you live!
I disagree with the keeping/buying of ants that aren't in your area.

That 2mm bar is for reference, there is no Polyrhachis species that is 2mm long. That ant you found is indeed Polyrhachis lacteipennis, it's the right size, right colour, right location, and right body features. I can't find information for the nuptial flights of this species but looking when the queen holotype images are uploaded onto antweb, they probably fly right now.

I have officially lost hope in starting an ant colony, I have been going out every single day for almost 2 months and the best thing I found was a spiny ant colony

Is there any way you could get a better photo? It would be helpful to have one from the side, so I can see her thorax.

Do you have clearer pictures? This one actually looks like a queen, it really resembles my Trichomyrmex cf mayri queen, whose colony escaped :(, I really liked this colony, especially since you can get majors as nanitics.
