Are These Clausteral Cells?

Hello there! My name is Tyler and I live in North Texas. I am an aspiring ant keeper and searched for queens for the first time the other day. I took some pictures of what I thought are clausteral cells but I don't know if that's what I am looking at:

if it is a clausteral cell then i think the queen in there may be a type of Tapinoma
