I caught the exact same type of queen yesterday (6/23/18 - Vancouver, WA). I couldn't tell you the species, but I'm confident that is a Camponotus sp.

Caught these 2 gorgeous Formica Subscericea in the Milwaukiee area

Caught one myself near Salem.
Colonies:
--Tetramorium Caespitum
--Camponotus pennsylvanicus
--Formica Sp.
