I’ve had trouble finding any queen ants, so far I haven’t found any and I’ve been looking for quite awhile. Any advice or anything?

I'm fairly sure they are fire ants. I got them at my job. But near my home there is a golden colored ant that I'm on the hunt for.
Is that the honey pot any that you are in search for?
Yeah I am hoping that we have them here, though I'd like some harversters too.
