Conditions For Camponotus Nuptial Flights

Where I live we might get some possible rain so I was wondering: what Conditions would be prime for Camponotus nuptial flights? Like what humidity, wind mph, and what time around when the rain occurs. Thanks for all the help that can be provided.

80F+ humidity around 80 or 90, wind speed under 9 or 8 is optimal for Camponotus
