Re: Tetramorium flights CA
Tetramorium fly in the early morning but finding them is pretty easy unless theres not alot of them where you are. I believe they fly through the months of late may to june/early july. In North america at least i think. Like around 5:00-6:00 in the mornings is when i have seen them flying.
Ants are pretty cool

Tetramorium spp. only come up to California on http://antmaps.org/?mode=diversity&genus=Tetramorium. Dunno. No experience with them.
Patiently awaiting nuptial flights

The Tetramorium of the Central Valley have been going through nuptial flight right now. I have found a few queens so far.
