Nuptual flights in Vancouver area
Does anyone know if there are any nuptual flights going on currently in the Vancouver area? If not, does anyone know when the nuptual flights generally begin for the species living around Vancouver? Last year, I found only 4 tetramorium immigrans queens in late August and they all were found on my driveway at the the same time, I had spent a couple hours per day from the start of spring to the end of summer and didn't find any others. Any help is appreciated.

So in vancouver the best places to look are at nature parks. Or areas with lots of greenery like vancouver island. Down in richmond I go to the richmond nature park. Camponotus are flying currently but not for much longer. They usually fly around April/may and late july/August. The best times to go are after it rains and when the temperature goes up high during the day.
Ants are pretty cool
