Australian Ant Nuptial Flight Sighting

Hi Ant Lovers,

I noticed this (A nest preparing for their Nuptial Flight) in my back yard today which has me really hopeful on catching my first queen.

Unfortunately they didn't start flying out of the nest but I think this is a good sign that things will be happening soon. Its really cloudy in my area today, so we may be expecting more rain soon so I am hopeful to go searching.

I have attached a link to one of my drop box folders which has some photos so feel free to have a look. I do apologise for quality, it was so rush in the moment and all I had was my phone.

Enjoy!
