Formica123's Messor Barbarus Colony

Hi guys!
I'm new to this forum, and the keyboard seems to be different, so tell me if I have any spelling mistakes!
I had owned a colony of Messor Barbarus for a few months now, when I received them they had 1 queen and 1 worker and maybe 3 eggs? Now they have at least 80 workers and 2 supermajors!
They are by far one of my favourite soecies!
They are kept at 25•c and are in and AntStore out world with 2 test tube nests!
I haven't got any pictures as I'm away ATM but you can be sure as soon as I get back I'll take some!

Ah! I have always dreamed of having this species. They were never native to where I lived so I always lived vicariously through people's videos of their Messor barbarus colonies. I will be following this journal, as well!

I've been told they've now made a small satellite nest (kinda) next to their test tube on the corner of the tank
When I get back I'm gonna need to make them a new nest....

Well guys, a new supermajor eclosed today!
Heres a quick video of them the other day, best i can get, they are just so messy!
Theyre in dire need of a new nest, but i havent got the amount of nests or money to buy one, so theyll have to wait for now

Well, if i dont get a new nest by the next 4 weeks or so, im afraid these ants are going to have to be given away
