Though this second picture, I found near the colony. I dont know if its another way into the same colony or if its a new colony. But they are building up new and soft dirt around it.

That's pretty cool, that worker looked pretty dang big. Keep an eye out for Prenolepis Imparis the next few weeks. Very illusive though.

Went for walk around a few blocks in my neighborhood saw 3 or 4 bees eating off the weeds with yellow flowers but no ant-tivity. Lol

Hey BarfDog, so I saw your post about you looking to become a GAN farmer in the Phoenix area (which is also where I live). If you happen to come across some Prenolepis Imparis queens would you be willing to sell me a couple? Would you also be able to contact me when you have queens of any species available? Thx!

You may contact me at:

LucasH10@icloud.com
Or
TheAntVault@gmail.com

(Plz try both as I think the first one may be out of inbox storage)

I've been really really hoping for Prenolepis Imparis. I will indeed let you know. They are very illusive in this area. Antmaps shows them in the west phoenix area near the lakes and further north.

I've seen more ant-tivity lately. Just a few weeks ago I saw a Young pavement antcolony in my backyard and it had 2 ants outside it
When I placed honey for them. Today without honey I saw 7 worker ants outside the nest. I think nuptial flights are approaching; I am so excited.

Hey guys, just thought I'd let you know that I'm finding queens now in Phoenix Arizona! I'm. It sure what type of ant they are, but they are super small, smaller than a fruit fly. So far I have caught 13 males and 2 females, not sure if they are mated yet or not. Let me know what you have found!
When you find out what species they are, can you let us know. And if they are mated, can you also let us know if your selling them and at what cost?
