This is where I will report my findings of invicta, and share updates of other colonies of mine.

(By experiment, I mean kind of mess around with them)

Got my hands on a 8 queen invicta colony. We will see how it goes.

Day 1: Not too much, but they are still trying to find a nesting spot.

Day 2: Moved under the test tube, as I accidentally spilt water

Day 5: Rip most queens, they are gone. Workers killed all but two.(And a few alates)

Day 15: Mass worker die-off, no eggs yet

Day 30: Stil no eggs, 50 workers now(From 300 originally) maybe I need to try sugar water instead of nectar.

Day 32: One queen remains. I tried to over feed them to prevent it

Day 40: Let’s try merging…

Day 43: Got new colony. Merging attempt 1….

Day 48ish: Success!
