Anyways, how long does it take for them to produce larger majors?

I'll try to get some pictures of them soon, they don't come out of the nest very often.

If they have produced there first major then the larger ones should come into play when they have at least 25 or so normal majors. So you should definetly have them by next year, but it should take less time then that.
(pictures would be nice)
My current colonies:
-Miniature Military(formica neogagates)
-Black Hearts(crematogaster cerasi)
In search of new camponotus colony
[Have a look at antmaps.org]

I actually saw a slightly bigger major when feeding them today but she doesn't like to come out and likes to stay close to the test tube. I'll try my best to get pictures of them.

That’s what my Camponotus majors do, they won’t even help bring food back or cut it up(Unless it is superworms)

Here's a picture of them eating a piece of chicken, the major is the one circled in green (I know it's bad, it's that hard to get a good picture of the majors).

Did the picture load?

It shows up now, maybe it originally didn’t load correctly for me. It works now though. Nice major!
