Nanitics often live shorter than mature workers, if there are already some workers in the second generation, they should be fine. Also check for other factors such as parasites, contaminated food or water, dirty environment and air quality.

Dirty water could be the reason as their test tube water is turning yellow. I have made a test tube setup in the outworld and slightly closed the entrance so the humidity is stable but ants dont seem to move. Should i force them?

Not now, if you see more workers that are dying (especially the callows) then you should.

Another ant died and i think it died yesterday. The weird thing is that the dead ant is torn apart!! The gaster is removed and dropped in the honey i gave them and the rest of body is thrown away! Is this normal would ants do that?

When dead ants dry up, they can be really easily torn apart and sometimes they detach themselves. The ants probably want to dry up the honey and they took the ant's gaster and dump it in the honey.
