Also i made a YouTube channel. Basically its the same channel from which i used to watch YouTube. So i decided to start uploading videos on it. It is not ant based and basically put small vids on it. You can go on the profile thing and click on website to go there but i have put a link here too.
https://youtube.com/channel/UClz_v1i-C_8_KVGKOVdGSkg
So if you like small videos and stuff you can sub :D
Try to get subs lol.

Well its really hard to get new people to sub. Usually when my friends make a channel they tell everyone to sub to them. This makes around 30-40 subs. But after that there are no new people randomly finding your channel. I didn't tell alot of people because i wanted other random people to sub rather than those who i already know

Also any caterpillar expert here? There is a cocoon that has been chilling for like a month now. Its very cold winters here and i think that its a moth cocoon. I raised it and have a couple of posts talking about it in this journal. The cocoon is still alive and reactes when i lightly poke it. How long will it take to hatch? It doesn't seem to change shape anymore and also doesn't change colour

If I recall correctly, it takes 3-6weeks to morph. It also might be hibernating, but I am no expert.

My Camponotus floridanus will react after Long periods of time, but some spieces(Messor B) can see red light. It all depends on spieces.

She may be finishing her last batch of eggs from before hibernation. I have a colony in diapause that is laying eggs. I also have found a way to “force” egg laying in small colonies. If you feed the queen in a test tube with wrokers(nanatics) the queen will eat and lay more eggs. This doesn’t happen when I feed them in an outworld… I let her decide when to lay

Fed them some honey! It was tricky as i had tp remove the cotton blocking the entrance and quickly put a wire with honey on it. They are eating it so they can have a little more energy.
