Is Forelius a common queen ant to find in America?

I think so. Why? Do you have a queen and think she is a Forelius?

no I sadly don't have a queen yet and I plan to begin antkeeping this spring coming up I'm asking because I want to know if my chances will be slim or easy in finding a Forelius queen

What state do you live in? Maybe that can help narrow down the search. I glad that you are starting to get into ant keeping. BTW I just killed a spider and waiting to see if anyone comes and finds it. The suspense is killing me

Virginia and make sure that spider isn't poisonous don't wanna kill the ants

Hello LasiusSapien, welcome. Glad to see another person here!! About the spiders Ill keep an eye out. To answer your question about if Forelius are common in Virginia umm I think so. Go to the following websites and see if you can find something.
