Hi guys!
I recently found a colony of Myrmica Rubra under a brick (I say recently, 6 months ago now ) and there were around 12 queens so I took half the colony which is 5 queens and 200+ workers and they're now 4 queens but a lot lot more workers!
They're in a homemade vertical any best and by far one of my favourite species
I love the way they nurture eachother but can turn aggressive so fast!

Super aggressive with fast-growing ant colonies! Hope to see photos, too!formica123 wrote:Hi guys!

I wish they were fast growing here! The ones by you must be different, over here they seem to have small, slow growing colonies all the time!
I fed them 2 mealworms today which they seemed to like
I cam see some eggs and larvae, so hopefully there will be some new workers soon!
